Evolve Project LA is a multi-use, transformative special events complex, centrally located in Los Angeles, only minutes from Downtown and Hollywood. With over 18,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, our unique design utilizes the building’s raw, industrial charm and flexible floorplan to create a truly one of a kind location. Evolve is ideal for private events, celebrations, corporate events, team-building activities, filming, commercial shoots,  birthday parties, sporting events and anything in between.

VENUE
Offering flexible floor plans, the spaces may be configured in any way to meet your particular event needs. From celebrations like anniversaries to corporate team building gatherings to production shoots – film, television, or photography –  we offer multiple studio spaces, lounge areas, in house pro-audio and visual equipment, and mobile furniture and bar counters. We also have an indoor turf soccer field, a badminton/volleyball court, a foosball table, a ping-pong table, and a pool table for a variety of entertainment options.The venue has noise reducing sound absorbers and is conveniently located directly on the L.A. River.
OUR SERVICES
To take your mind off the planning we can organize all of the catering and activities for you, or you can provide your own. Many different options are available depending on your particular needs. Games of dodgeball, soccer, or skill tests can be set up to add fun and team building activities to your corporate party. If you need catering services, there is plenty of space outside for food trucks to serve any craving your party may have.

OUTDOOR SPACE
We have an additional 10,000 sq. foot outdoor space that can be transformed into an event space or utilized for parking. Busses, food trucks, or additional VIP parking can be accommodated, along with tables, chairs, or outdoor games to give clients plenty of options for events. Two large sliding doors bring the inside and outside together for easy access.

LOCATION
Evolve Project LA is nestled along the Los Angeles River, the setting of The LA River Revitalization Project, a major urban initiative for LA City. The goal of the LA River Project is to restore the river and create public green space, new trails, bike paths and preserve natural habitats to support wildlife. It is a bold visionary plan that will revitalize River adjacent communities and foster awareness and pride in the Los Angeles River. Evolve is excited to be part of LA River Project and the burgeoning Elysian Valley community of Frogtown.

OUR COMMUNITY
Evolve Project LA is located on the West Bank of the LA River, deep in the heart of the Elysian Valley. It’s situated between the LA communities of Silverlake, Atwater and Glendale. Our neighborhood is affectionately called Frogtown by local residents, and is currently undergoing a creative and cultural revitalization. Our goal is to create a dynamic LA small event space that connects and enriches our community. The facility is close to public transportation and is easily accessible from Highways 2, 5, 10 and 110.
